It was good, and I'm thrilled with the results, but I was pretty well alone for the last half of the bike, and most of the run. If I'd been training with other people, always going in a group, being alone would have been a shock. As it was, I was familiar with the situation, and had the mental resiliancy to cope.<br /><br />The mental part of the training is almost more important than the physical part, but really, they go together.
