My good friend Jeff Molson is putting on another hat this weekend as race director for the Avon High School Booster Club Falcon 5K. The race is dedicated to the memory of Melissa Anne Andrew, and all proceeds benefit the Avon High School Booster Club.
If you are in the CT area, come out and support Jeff. Listen, I know that there are a ton of races to support and to choose from and why drive to do a 5k? I'll tell you why; because it's important to support our friends and fellow athletes who take the time to put on these races and a 5k is one of the best training runs you can do.
