Dec 12th Challenge

Here's the deal:

Four giant sets (all three exercises back to back to back) of:

Walking Lunges w/ Snatch (12 reps per leg, use 5 to 15 lb dumbells)
Bench Jumps (15 reps)
Curl/shoulder Press Combo (12 reps)

I love this session!
