Today, the plan is to do 100 push-ups. I don't care whether you do them all at once, or do 20 sets of 5 throughout the day. Just get in 100 push-ups today. If you can't do a regular push-up, then you can do Gus push-ups with your knees on the ground or use a physioball and put it under your thighs. Is this ambitious for some?
