Overall, this has been great. Again, I feel like it's been a long time and/or never since I've taken strength training this seriously.
Some days the lack of good form does take a toll and something will be sore the next day.
I think you should definitely make this a yearly tradition, preferably replacing the cleanse.
Seriously, for those of us who haven't been working hard enough on this essential part of our fitness I think that this has been a great jump-start and has given us tools we can use on our own in the months ahead.
I've noticed an overall increase in my leg strength as well as my respiratory system (thanks! I needed that!) It's been great and as Alan stated: "Some days the lack of good form does take a toll and something will be sore the next day." I totally concur Alan!
